RIVIERA APARTMENTS are located along the Adriatic state road connecting Pesaro to Fano, with the green Ardizio hill behind them and the sea in front. We are away from the city chaos, in an ideal setting for those who enjoy a holiday focused on independence, while still having easy access to all services. Just a few meters away is the famous “Sottomonte”, a long stretch of sandy beach of almost 10 km, offering both free beach areas and several beach clubs, restaurants, and venues open during the day and evening. Along the state road there is a cycle path that offers Riviera Apartments guests countless excursion itineraries.

Each apartment is unique. From studio apartments with private outdoor areas, sea views, or terraces, to panoramic one-bedroom apartments, and finally beautiful two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people. Another point of pride is that we offer an exclusive private storage unit for each apartment, which can be used for bicycles or other belongings. Private outdoor parking is available for guests.

The 5 studio apartments belong to different categories, including units with exclusive outdoor areas and sea views. They range from 30 to 40 sqm. On the ground floor there is one studio apartment with a large sea-view window, while two others feature exclusive outdoor areas, also with sea views. On the first and second floors there are two additional studio apartments with sea-view balconies.

The 7 one-bedroom apartments are spacious and bright, ranging from 40 to 70 sqm. Depending on the category, they differ by exclusive outdoor area, sea view, or hill view. On the ground floor there are 3 one-bedroom apartments, the first two with independent entrances and a storage room facing the exclusive outdoor area. The first one enjoys a splendid sea view. The third has a large surface area and overlooks the hill. On the first and second floors there are 4 additional one-bedroom apartments: 2 with sea-view balconies and 2 with hill views.

The 2 two-bedroom apartments, approximately 78 sqm, are perfect for large families or for those simply looking for comfort and space. They are located on the first and second floors of Riviera Apartments. Both enjoy a splendid sea view and a beautiful balcony.
